My name is Amber. I am a Brisbane-based musician with tons of interest in anything music and sound. I am a bubbly individual who tries to find joy in everything I do, however I can knuckle down and be serious when I need to. Playing and creating have always been my biggest passions since I was young, and I’ve worked hard to craft my skill over the last near decade of my life.
I learned to play multiple instruments, including piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, and voice. However, my biggest strengths lie in composing. I utilise software such as Mixcraft 8 Pro Studio to mix virtual and recorded instruments, and also play some improvisational pieces on the piano – which may later translate into a new song!

I have tutored students in a beginner piano class for nearly two years, and my favourite part of it all was to see the eyes light up in a person who enjoyed and found pride in what they heard. I have been in school musicals during my high school years, where I played lead roles and assisted in the dramatic and music aspects of the show.
I am new to the music industry and am slowly trying to get my name out into the world. To do so, I have signed up for fiverr, a freelancing website, where I can be commissioned to do some compositional music for a very easy price. By signing up for Fiverr, I hope to gain more professionalism within my craft, as well as general experience and business knowledge around my field.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama, I have a good mix of skills spanning over music and drama. In many class-based performances to date, I have combined my musical and dramatic knowledge. This allows me to articulate thoughts, feelings, and emotions more accurately. Another benefit from my experience in drama is the importance of communication. I feel that the empathy that drama has taught me will allow me to not only communicate my creative ideas and visions with others, but to also understand others and their creative ideas more.

My portfolio of music creations is currently more barren than I’d like. Please stick around as I begin to emerge into the wonderful industry that is music. Thanks for stopping to look at my page. I hope to see you again!
